		<description>I&#039;m sure Obama likes reading, and it&#039;s a good thing that he reads with his children, but Martel overlooks one of his potential gains in writing the letter: the portrayal of himself as religious.  As far as I can tell, Obama was either agnostic or an atheist prior to going into politics.  I think he&#039;s reinvented himself to achieve his goals, which perhaps is a positive kind of hypocrisy if you believe in his goals as I do.</description>
