Patty Keefe Durso’s essays on contemporary writers have been published in various journals, as well as in books such as Multiethnic Literature and the Canon Debates and Too Smart to Be Sentimental. She holds a PhD in English and recently completed an MFA in Creative Writing. She teaches at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
