Kim Triedman is both an award-winning poet and a novelist. Her debut novel, The Other Room, was one of four finalists for the James Jones First Novel Award. It was also named “One of the Most Memorable Debuts of 2013” by Author Exposure, and a must-read by Bloggers Recommend. Kim also released two full collections of poetry this past year – Plum(b) and Hadestown – both finalists for national book awards. She won the 2008 Main Street Rag Chapbook Award for her collection “bathe in it or sleep” and been published in numerous literary journals including Prairie Schooner, Salamander, WomenArts Quarterly, and Poetry Salzburg Review.
